IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

  1. Artisanal Craftsmanship: Each item at The House of Toys is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans, making every piece unique.
  2. Variations Expected: Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two pieces will be identical. Please expect minor variations, especially in colors and garments, where there may be a difference of up to 0.5 inches (1.25 cm).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

While we hope you won't need to cancel an order once placed, if you do require a refund, please review our policy below:

1. Returns Applicable Only in India: Our return policy applies exclusively to orders within India and is not applicable for international shipments.

2. Conditions for Return: You may request a return under the following conditions:

a. Wrong Product or Product Discrepancy: If you receive the wrong product or if the product received does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours.

b. Damaged Product: In the case of receiving a damaged product, kindly send an email to support@thehouseoftoys.in along with a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours from the time of product delivery.

c. Visible Damage at Delivery: If damage is evident at the time of delivery, please make a note of it on the courier's copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy you retain. We will replace the package. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose any other product of equal value or wait for us to confirm the next delivery status.]

d. Tampered Package: If the package appears tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it through the courier.
